1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services provided by Milli Gold Laboratories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the province of Ontario, Canada.

2. Laboratory Services

All precious metal analysis and refining services are performed using professional-grade equipment and chemical methods. While we strive for absolute precision (99.96%), analytical results represent the professional findings of the laboratory at the time of testing.

3. Material Submissions

Clients are responsible for the safe transit of materials to the laboratory. Materials must be clearly labeled and accompanied by appropriate documentation. The laboratory reserves the right to refuse materials that do not meet safety or regulatory standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

Milli Gold Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on analytical results beyond the scope of professional laboratory standards.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto/Ontario.
